Monthly Kirtan with Jeff Martell and Auriel Morgana

Second Sunday of the month
11am in Normal Hall
Suggested donation of $10-$20

Jeff Martell and Auriel Morgana
Sunday, April 20 at 11am

A lovely alternative way to celebrate on Easter Sunday

Auriel Morgana and Jeff Martell offer heart centered Kirtan in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts and beyond. Kirtan is Bhakti, or devotional yoga, and is the call and response chanting of the Names of God (and Goddess) in Sanskrit. You do not need to know any Sanskrit to practice. Nor do you need any experience or be a great singer. The practice of Kirtan is both meditative and energizing and is accessible to anyone with a desire to practice.

LPA is looking for people to help with planning programs like the Coffee houses, concerts, lectures and theater pieces. Please contact us if this interests you or you have questions! Our goal is to put interesting, affordable programs into our common buildings and share them with the greater Pioneer Valley community.

CONSERVING THE 9-ACRE WOODS
The LPA board is considering ways to ensure that the 9-acre woods on the north border of Laurel Park will remain in a natural state. The woods are a reminder of our summer camp heritage, and a resource for our educational, cultural and spiritual programs
